The AI Fellowship, supported by LinkedIn and Microsoft, is a 3-month program designed to empower non-STEM women students and faculty across India. It focuses on building AI fluency, career readiness, and the ability to co-create socially impactful AI solutions.

Students
  • Non-STEM background, minimum 60% academic score
  • Basic English proficiency
  • Access to internet and digital tools
  • Willing to commit 3 months
Faculty
  • Minimum 5 years of teaching experience preferred
  • MA/PhD holders preferred
  • Access to internet and digital tools

The fellowship runs for 3 months, primarily online. The final week includes a residential in-person engagement for networking, masterclasses, and project showcases.

  • Monthly financial aid (₹5,000 for eligible participants)

Yes. Selected fellows will receive ₹5,000 per month based on attendance, project submissions, and active participation.

No. The fellowship is specifically designed for non-STEM backgrounds. Training will be hands-on, beginner-friendly, and focused on applied AI concepts.

Yes. Upon successful completion, fellows will receive a co-branded certificate and digital badge from Microsoft, LinkedIn, and academic partners.

Fellows will develop team-based AI projects focused on real-world applications (education, healthcare, finance, governance, etc.), with opportunities to showcase them at the AI Innovation Summit.
